The first run

Key points

The wizard creates an example test. Run it:

npx playwright test

The tool runs the tests without a browser window (headless) and ends with a summary. To see the report:

npx playwright show-report

If something gets stuck

• npx is not recognised: close and reopen the terminal, and if needed reinstall Node.js.
• PowerShell says running scripts is disabled: run Set-ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser.
• The browsers were not installed: run npx playwright install.
